Step #1 - Press the orange pencil icon in lower right hand corner
Step #2 - Enter appointment information for Sections 1 through 5
Step #3 - Confirm appointment information is correct before scrolling down to submit
Step #4 - After submitting appointment request, wait for caregiver to review and accept or decline
Step #5 - During caregiver review, your appointment card will remain Pending under the Schedule section
Step #6 - After caregiver accepts or declines the appointment request, a notification will be sent to your email
Step #7 - Your appointment card will now be marked as Accepted or Declined under the Schedule section
Step #8 - After caregiver starts an appointment, the appointment card will be marked as In Progress under the Schedule section
Step #9 - Tap the appointment card (or In Progress icon) to view appointment details and press View Caregiver's Location for map information
Step #10 - Identify the caregiver's location during the appointment and tap the X in the upper right hand corner when complete
Step #11 - After the caregiver finishes the appointment, the appointment card will be marked as Completed under the Schedule section
Step #12 - Tap the appointment card and scroll down to view services delivered and review the caregiver
Step #13 - Rate the caregiver using a 5-star scale and feel free to add comments
Step #14 - Please tap the X in the upper right hand corner when complete. You will then return to the Schedule section.

Become a Caregiver
Caregiver User Guide
Step #1 - After you are approved as a caregiver, tap the menu bar in the upper left hand corner to update your Availability
Step #2 - Tap on the times you are available to provide services. Scroll right to view more days and scroll down to view more times
Step #3 - Scroll down to save your schedule updates
Step #4 - After your updates are saved, you will see a confirmation message
Step #5 - Tap on the menu bar in the upper left hand corner to return to the main Dashboard
Step #6 - When a client sends you an appointment request, you will receive BOTH an email and a push notification on your phone
Step #7 - Log back into Bubbe's Care and tap on the appointment card in the Schedule section. The appointment will be marked as Pending
Step #8 - Scroll down to confirm appointment details and either Accept or Decline the appointment
Step #9 - After Accepting or Declining, your appointment will now be updated in the Schedule section. An email will then be sent to the client
Step #10 - Tap on the appointment card and scroll down to start an appointment. Clients will then be able to see your & their loved ones' location
Step #11 - At the end of the appointment, scroll down to confirm which services you delivered before tapping the Complete bar
Step #12 - After Completing the appointment, you will receive a confirmation message
Step #13 - The appointment will now be marked as Completed in the Schedule section
Step #14 - In order to review the client's Loved One, tap on the Completed appointment card and scroll down to Review User
Step #15 - Rate the loved one using a 5-star scale and feel free to add comments. After tapping Submit, this information will be seen by other caregivers on the Loved One's profile
Step #16 - Please tap the X in the upper right hand corner when complete
